CHESARIAN
Feline like peoples who were created by the Ziojin, Obsidian, one of the 6 gifted with the magic of creation. They are fully aware that Resca created the Ziojin and through them they were created, however they don't religiously follow either of these two as some of the other races do, but they do look to Obsidian for guidance when need be. They also do not believe the Diamond to have any sort of sentience, and is just the rock within the planet keeping everything together, and is the nexus point to which magic flows around.
They are humanoid in appearance and have feline like characteristics, such as pointed ears and tails. Their appearance does tend to range from having skin and some feline features to having fur and their face having feline features, such as the nose, whiskers, and large eyes. No matter if they have skin or fur there are some specific defaults that all Chesarians have, these are:
They tend to be sly, like the felines of Earth are, and keep to themselves within their home city, Tygris. Though anti-social from those outside their city, they are surprisingly friendly and their young-lings tend to be quite playful. Chestarians normally only live within Tygris, but some are known to leave the city and traverse to either other villages to live, or go to create their own village. Some will even move to Metaverse City, where they tend to live in the more technologically advanced part of the city. Those who stay within Tygris help to develop new technology for the colony and are governed by a single chief. The chief is one selected personally by Obsidian and is in charge of making sure that not only are the denizens of Tygris safe, but that their tech doesn't leave the city, unless the chief so deems it to and then only they are allowed to leave the city with the tech. In addition to governing over Tygris, the chief will also govern over other Chesarian villages, no matter how far away they are.
Their tech mostly specializes in stealth techniques, but they also have one specific piece that allows them to gather and store Lumin, moon energy, during the day so that they may be able to use their magic, which uses up the Lumin, thus making it strongest for them at night. This magic is stealth magic, which is also the only type of magic that they have available to them, yet another reason they develop stealth technology, so that they are able to remove some strain from their own bodies. And unlike other races where they are known to have small trace amounts of other magics within them, Chesarian only have access to the one magic, meaning that things such as heating, healing, and what not are all done naturally. However some Chesarians have been known to wield teleportation magic, but this is paled in comparison to how other races have access to various different magics, they are only able to teleport short distances, in use as a get a away and not really travel. This does use up Lumins. When teleporting they are able to cover 5 miles at a time, but can only teleport once every 2 hours.
Chesarians will normally wear shades of black for their clothing, and it is normally tight fitting to assist with their stealthing. Due to this Chesarians who do not develop tech, or help out in Tygris in some other way, tend to become mercs, assassins, hackers, or some other type of freelancer. Some will even end up having cybernetic enhancements on their bodies, which help with their line of work. They will also tend to have one piece of Chesarian tech on them, and that is the Lumin collector. However, not all will follow this line of work, as some will just work normal jobs and live normal lives.

No matter if they have skin or fur there are some specific defaults that all Chesarians have, these are:
- Feline patterns on their skin or fur (stripes, spots, ect)
- Their height always stays in the parameters of normal humans (5-6 ft in size for adults)
- Their builds normally depend on the species of feline, but again it's normally within the parameters of humans
- They are always up on two feet (anthropomorphic for furred versions)
- Their fur/skin color varies but again they stay within the parameters of humans and or normal species of feline
- Their eyes are various colors of gold and silver, and on rare occasions are they blues and or greens
- Some are even known to have a slight tick within their speech patterns, seeming to end their thoughts with noises similar to that of a cat (I.E nyan)
